Bob has led Alquemy since its founding in 2011. With over three decades of experience in technology and consulting, he has been instrumental in establishing Alquemy as a trusted leader in Canada’s staffing industry. Before launching Alquemy, Bob honed his entrepreneurial skills as CEO of Keen Technology Consulting Inc. and held senior business development roles at Affinity/KX Systems, Sapient, and OnX Enterprise Solutions. He holds a BSc from the University of Waterloo and remains focused on driving Alquemy’s continued growth and success.

When he’s not working, Bob is often behind a drum kit. A lifelong music enthusiast, he still quietly harbours ambitions of becoming a rock star...someday.

Scott brings over 30 years of industry experience, including 20 years in senior management roles with Canada’s largest IT staffing firms. Since joining Alquemy in 2018, Scott has been a cornerstone of the company’s structural planning and national development. His passion for analytical strategies and innovative solutions has been vital to Alquemy's growth across Canada. Scott holds a BA from the University of Waterloo and is dedicated to creating unique strategies that ensure Alquemy's ongoing success.

Scott balances his love for data with optimizing gear ratios for cycling, tackling woodworking projects with precision, and experimenting to find the perfect topping-to-sauce ratio for homemade pizza.

Kelvin leads a team of 20 recruitment professionals who deliver top-tier talent solutions to enterprise-level Canadian clients. With over 15 years of experience in the IT staffing industry and a BA from York University, Kelvin is a proven leader in developing and managing recruitment teams serving sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Consulting. He is passionate about mentoring leaders, coaching delivery teams, and driving process improvement to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Kelvin is always on the hunt for rare and interesting vinyls and the next greatest cocktail.

Pam brings over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. Having achieved Presidents Club status during her 14 years with two leading IT staffing firms, Pam joined Alquemy in 2016. Her expertise spans account leadership, delivery team management, hiring, training, and employee engagement. Pam's thoughtful and dedicated approach has earned her a reputation as a trusted problem solver for both clients and team members. She holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta and is a key driver of Alquemy's operational and business growth.

Pam believes in the power of hard work and the satisfaction of earning success. She enjoys creating beautiful, welcoming spaces for her family and is currently learning to swim, despite a lifelong fear of deep water.

Roy brings over 15 years of expertise in IT staffing and contingent workforce management. Since starting his recruitment career in 2009, Roy has developed deep relationships within the industry, joining Alquemy in 2016 to lead its Financial Services Practice. He oversees Alquemy’s largest financial services accounts, driving exceptional delivery performance and growth. With a focus on trust and collaboration, Roy creates strong partnerships with clients and ensures long-term success. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto.

When not tackling complex hiring challenges, Roy can be found basting, spraying, and diligently maintaining the perfect temperature on the barbecue.

Jeff leads Alquemy's Vancouver region and contributing to its national expansion. With 14+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry, Jeff joined Alquemy in 2022 following a successful career in account and branch management with a global recruitment company. He is responsible for client acquisition, team building, and staff development in Western Canada. Jeff’s focus on national accounts and his thoughtful approach to leadership make him a key contributor to Alquemy’s mission. He holds a BA from BCIT.

Zunayed brings over 20 years of industry experience as a top performer and mentor. For the past decade, he’s specialized in construction recruitment, connecting Canada’s leading builders with project managers, estimators, and superintendents who don’t just meet the brief, but fit the culture. Based in Calgary, Zunayed leads with a personalized, precision-driven approach that consistently delivers strong results. Zunayed holds an MBA from the University of Brighton.

Off the clock, Zunayed trades concrete for bricks of a different kind, building Star Wars LEGO sets with the same focus and finesse he brings to every search.

Chelsey has over 18 years of experience in IT staffing, spanning recruitment, account management, and leadership roles. A consistent top performer and multi-time President’s Club winner, she is known for building long-term client partnerships based on trust and value. Chelsey plays a key role in driving client success across Canada and holds a B.A. from RRC Polytech.

Chelsey is a big fan of curling and seizes every opportunity to get out with friends and family. She once declined a selfie with King Charles.

Gareth brings over 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of identifying and placing high-performing tech professionals. He is passionate about the impact of great talent and helps organizations build innovative, results-driven teams. Gareth holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto.

Gareth is a professional recruiter by day and minivan pilot by night. He is the proud Dad to 3 girls, including identical twins and a toddler, who already negotiate better than most candidates!

With over 15 years of experience, Melissa brings quality and performance to the Alquemy delivery team. She excels in executive and contingency search, startup environments, professional service organizations and large corporations. Melissa holds a degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Melissa loves tennis and chasing sunsets.

Matt is a trusted technology recruiter with experience across technical domains and executive search. Known for his ability to guide candidates through complex hiring processes, he also excels in CRM management and interview preparation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Ontario.

With over 20 years of experience, Brad is dedicated to supporting the construction industry. He specializes in recruiting Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Coordinators, ensuring strong alignment between candidates and clients. Known for his network-first approach, Brad plays a vital role in helping construction teams execute projects efficiently.

Angie is an experienced recruiter who thrives in both enterprise and startup environments. She’s led end-to-end recruitment processes, including designing recruitment programs and mentoring teams. Haris is a weekend DIY-er and girl Dad. When he's not working, he is either fixing what he broke last weekend or tinkering in the garage. His next challenge will be to successfully explain to his daughter why she cannot have another unicorn.

Her leadership ensures Alquemy delivers reliable, high-quality solutions. Claudine holds a BA from Queens University and an MA from York University.

Claudine has run the Boston Marathon seven times, though she suspects her racing days are behind her.

Tina oversees key operational functions, including client support, candidate and contract services, onboarding and offboarding, and the optimization of CRM and ATS systems. With over 20 years of experience in business operations management, Tina is a leader in streamlining workflows and implementing advanced systems to enhance efficiency. Her work ensures Alquemy’s operations run seamlessly, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional talent solutions. Tina holds a BSc and MBA from the University of Alberta.

Tina is a mother, dog lover and runner. She enjoys baking and has recently discovered the peaceful art of crochet.

Lorraine brings more than 20 years of experience in client service and administrative support across recruitment, retail, and industrial sectors. She ensures seamless support for both clients and contractors. Lorraine holds a Secretarial Diploma from Pitman Business Studies, Ireland.

Lorraine is a beginner who is still learning the frustrating game of golf. On the weekends she loves visiting a craft brewery or local farmers' market, exploring and having some great food with her husband and kids.

Ricarter combines his recruitment background with strong operational and financial acumen. With over a decade of experience in technical recruiting, he now applies his analytical mindset to ensure accuracy in financial processes and systems at Alquemy.
