Bob Cunningham is the President at Alquemy, leading the company since its founding in 2011. With over three decades of experience in technology and consulting, Bob has been instrumental in establishing Alquemy as a trusted leader in Canada’s staffing industry. Before Alquemy, Bob honed his entrepreneurial expertise as CEO of Keen Technology Consulting Inc. and held senior business development roles at companies such as Affinity/KX Systems, Sapient, and OnX Enterprise Solutions. Bob holds a BSc from the University of Waterloo and remains focused on driving Alquemy's continued growth and success.
Scott MacKinnon
Vice President of Operations
Scott MacKinnon is the Vice President of Operations at Alquemy, bringing over 30 years of industry experience, including 20 years in senior management roles with Canada’s largest IT staffing firms. Since joining Alquemy in 2018, Scott has been a cornerstone of the company’s structural planning and national development. His passion for analytical strategies and innovative solutions has been vital to Alquemy's growth across Canada. Scott holds a BA from the University of Waterloo and is dedicated to creating unique strategies that ensure Alquemy's ongoing success.
Kelvin King
Director of Delivery
Kelvin King is the Director of Delivery at Alquemy, leading a team of 20 recruitment professionals who deliver top-tier talent solutions to enterprise-level Canadian clients. With over 15 years of experience in the IT staffing industry and a BA from York University, Kelvin is a proven leader in developing and managing recruitment teams serving sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Consulting. He is passionate about mentoring leaders, coaching delivery teams, and driving process improvement to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Pam Lin
Managing Partner
Pam Lin is a Managing Partner at Alquemy, with over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. Having achieved Presidents Club status during her 14 years with two leading IT staffing firms, Pam joined Alquemy in 2016. Her expertise spans account leadership, delivery team management, hiring, training, and employee engagement. Pam's thoughtful and dedicated approach has earned her a reputation as a trusted problem solver for both clients and team members. She holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta and is a key driver of Alquemy's operational and business growth.
Roy Chau
Managing Partner
Roy Chau is a Managing Partner at Alquemy, bringing over 15 years of expertise in IT staffing and contingent workforce management. Since starting his recruitment career in 2009, Roy has developed deep relationships within the industry, joining Alquemy in 2016 to lead its Financial Services Practice. He oversees Alquemy’s largest financial services accounts, driving exceptional delivery performance and growth. With a focus on trust and collaboration, Roy creates strong partnerships with clients and ensures long-term success. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto.
Jeff Rogers
Managing Partner
Jeff Rogers is a Managing Partner at Alquemy, leading the company’s Vancouver region and contributing to its national expansion. With 14+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry, Jeff joined Alquemy in 2022 following a successful career in account and branch management with a global recruitment company. He is responsible for client acquisition, team building, and staff development in Western Canada. Jeff’s focus on national accounts and his thoughtful approach to leadership make him a key contributor to Alquemy’s mission. He holds a BA from BCIT.

Zunayed Kamal is the Managing Partner of Construction Services at Alquemy, with over 20 years of industry experience as a top performer and mentor. Specializing in construction recruitment for the past decade, Zunayed and his Calgary-based team connect Canada’s leading construction companies with skilled professionals, including project managers, estimators, and superintendents. His approach focuses on both technical and cultural fit, ensuring seamless placements. Dedicated to helping organizations attract and retain talent, Zunayed combines deep industry knowledge with a personalized approach to deliver outstanding results. Zunayed holds an MBA from the University of Brighton.

With over 25 years of experience in consulting and finance, Claudine specializes in budgeting, financial strategy, and operational efficiency. Since joining Alquemy in 2014, she has been instrumental in optimizing processes to support the company’s growth and aligning financial practices with strategic goals. Her leadership ensures Alquemy delivers reliable, high-quality solutions. Claudine holds a BA from Queens University and an MA from York University.

Tina Blake is the Director of Support Services at Alquemy, where she oversees key operational functions, including client support, candidate and contract services, onboarding and offboarding, and the optimization of CRM and ATS systems. With over 20 years of experience in business operations management, Tina is a leader in streamlining workflows and implementing advanced systems to enhance efficiency. Her work ensures Alquemy’s operations run seamlessly, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional talent solutions. Tina holds a BSc and MBA from the University of Alberta.
