Your Network Matters—And We Value It
At Alquemy, strong relationships are at the heart of what we do. Many of our best consultants and candidates have come to us through referrals from trusted colleagues, clients, and community members. This program is our way of saying thank you.
How It Works:

Refer a Candidate
If you know an IT or Construction professional who would be a good fit for contract or permanent opportunities with Alquemy, send them our way.

We Place Them
If your referral is hired through Alquemy and remains on assignment for at least 3 months, you’ll receive a referral bonus.

Bonus for Multiple Referrals
After three successful referrals, we’ll provide you with a cash reward.
Who Can Participate
Anyone—clients, candidates, consultants, and friends of Alquemy. You don’t have to be currently working with us to refer someone.
A Few Guidelines
- The referred candidate must be new to Alquemy (not already in our system).
- Bonuses are issued once the placed candidate completes 90 days on assignment.
- The milestone reward is available once three referred candidates have completed 90-day assignments within a 12-month period.
